Shipment and Delivery

SPAIN: Delivery Period Between 2 and 5 Working Days. Minimum purchase amount for free delivery will stand at €150. Here below we will detail the shipping costs if the minimum amount is not surpassed: – PENINSULA: Shipping cost of €12 per shipment, including both fresh produce and cured produce.

– BALEARIC ISLANDS: Shipping cost of €20 per dispatch, when the order does not surpass €150. Shipment of both fresh produce and cured produce.

– CANARY ISLAND, CEUTA AND MELILLA: shipment of only cured produce, with a shipping cost of €50 if the minimum amount of €150 is not surpassed.  


EUROPE: Delivery Period Between 3 and 6 Working Days. Only dispatch of cured products. Minimum purchase amount of €150 for free delivery. If the purchase amount is less than €150, then shipping costs will be as follows:   FRANCE AND GERMANY: Shipping cost of €25. AUSTRIA, BELGIUM, LUXEMBOURG, UNITED KINGDOM, NETHERLANDS and ITALY: Shipping cost of €35. DENMARK, HUNGARY, POLAND and CZECH REPUBLIC: Shipping cost of €50. BULGARIA, ESTONIA, FINLAND, GREECE, IRELAND, LATVIA, LITHUANIA, SWEDEN, SLOVAKIA, CROATIA, SLOVENIA and ROMANIA: Shipping cost of €65. INFORMATION TO BE TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT UPON RECEIPT OF ORDER:    IMPORTANT: Please take into account the following instructions upon receipt of order: 

  1. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU CHECK THE MERCHANDISE AT THE VERY MOMENT OF DELIVERY BY THE COURIER. Please check that the packaging is in a good state so as to discard any damage or loss of the same, as, once you have signed the delivery note, the transport agency will be exempt from any claim for damages that the merchandise could have suffered during transport.
  2. IF YOU WERE TO OBSERVE ANY ANOMALY IN THE PACKAGING OR A LACK OF GOODS, PLEASE ANNOTATE THIS ON THE DELIVERY NOTE PRIOR TO SIGNING THE SAME, THIS SO THAT A RECORD OF THE INCIDENT IS KEPT BY THE TRANSPORT AGENCY AND FOR ANY FUTURE CLAIMS. If any product were to arrive with damaged packaging and this incident is not annotated on the delivery note, transport insurance will not be liable for the damage to the product and, therefore, the CÉSAR NIETO GROUP will be unable to assume any liability for the incident.

NOTE: Return of merchandise will not be admissible once 48 hours have elapsed as of receipt of order.
